Induct New Members

Congratulations on inducting new members into your campus chapter! To complete your membership, follow these three easy steps.

NOTE: Please allow at least three weeks prior to your ceremony for processing.

1) Have each new inductee complete the Initiation Report Form. Once you have collected all Initiation Report Forms, mail them to the National Office.

2) Complete the Chapter Initiation Annual Report Form (below).

3) Render payment.
